We can help align our check images to your check stock, but want to check first to see if you need an adjustment. If you could please follow the instructions below and let us know if something needs to move, and we can schedule a call.
Login to Broker.Ez and select the office you are printing at. On the left, under the Billing menu, select “Print Checks”
Click the red Click here to add/modify your check alignment settings link.
Click the “Print Sample” button. Print the sample check on a regular piece of computer paper (we don’t want to waste any checks if we don’t have to).
Place the sample check over one of your actual checks and see if anything needs to move. (Sometimes holding them up to a window or light helps).
