Select “Agents” from the upper navigation menu. Then select the green “Go” button.  

 

Find the Agent you would like to add or edit a template for. Highlight their name so the line turns blue. 

 

On the left-side panel, under the “Billing” menu select “Plan Setup.” 

 

Click the red “Add New Template” link. 

 

 

 

You can create a closing template, monthly template or yearly template.  

Closing template: 

Choose a name for the template, typically we use the plan name for the template name. Select “Closing” fothe Type. Change the order to 1. (If you have agents with Capped plans, the after-cap plan would be order #2, continue numbering for any additional templates) Then select update. 

 

Monthly Template: 

Choose a name for the template, typically we use “Monthly” for the template name. Select “Monthly” for the Type. Select the day of the month you would like to invoice your agents. Then select how far in advance you would like your invoices to appear in the queue. The system will default to 2 weeks. Change the order t 10, we want this template to come after all other closing templates for the agent. 

 

 

Click anywhere on the line for the template you just created so that it becomes highlighted in red.  

 

Once you highlight the template, the option to add line items box will appear. This is where we will add the items to be deducted from the agent’s commission. 

 

Click the “Add New Line Item” link.  

Here we can select Re/Max 1%. 

 

You can click the red “Add New Item” link again and add the Re/Max 4%. 

 

Repeat theses steps to add CMN and E&O. 

For the a net of item, select the item from the Bill Item Name” list. Then highlight the CMN, E&O, RE/MAX 1%, and RE/MAX 4% etc., from the Unit Type menu. You can select multiple items by holding down the control button on your keyboard while selecting the items with your mouse. What this is doing, is saying that you want to calculate the current item after all these items have been deducted. 

 

Change the split and then select update.  

 

Once you’re finished, you should be able to see the items in the list below:
