Issuing Agent Statements (Note: If you have bundled items they will not show as bundled on the statement)

Once you have created your invoices in Broker.EZ and sent them to Quickbooks, you can send the agents a statement that will reflect any open balance. You can do this by first logging into Quickbooks.

In the upper right corner, select the “+” sign. You should see a drop-down menu appear. 

Under the “Other” column, select ‘Statement.”

Click on the “Statements Available” tab. 

Note: statements will only generate for any agent that has an open balance.

Next, you will want to verify that everyone has a valid email address.

Select the agents you would like to send a statement to by clicking the checkbox next to their name

You can one-click select all by clicking the checkbox at next to “Recipients.” 

When you have selected all the agents you would like to send an invoice to, you can preview the statements by clicking “Print or Preview”. If no preview is needed, continue to next step.

 

When you have selected all the agents you would like to send an invoice to, push the green “Save and send” button.

You should be able to customize the message that accompanies the statement to the agents. When you are ready click the green “Send” button.
