To Merge 1099 or Transfer Amounts Between Entities
- Create a G/L named: Merge 1099 - As a liability
- Create a JE like the below image
- Credit Merge 1099 lowers an Agents 1099
- Debit Merge 1099 adds to an Agents 1099
- Accounts Payable – set to 0.00 makes the JE and note show in vendor profile
- Add Merge 1099 to the Box 1 Setup
- You may also want to set the division if multi office
